Two Day Wellness Retreat for Frazzled Females

Join us for a fun filled two day workshop at the beautiful Seerose Resort & Spa, less than an hour from Zurich in the gorgeous Seetal region.  Treat yourself to this amazing one of a kind wellness retreat that focuses on both the mental and physical aspects of health. 

Having worked with clients on a wide range of health related issues, it has been my mission to help them navigate the complex world of being completely at ease in their own bodies. One thing I noticed while working closely with women is that most know what they should or shouldn’t be eating, but all too often the mental or emotional challenges, those “beliefs” that are ingrained deep inside tend to sabotage their best intentions.

That is why I am so excited to be teaming with NLP and Wellbeing professionals, Alison and Sarah, for this amazing weekend to not only discuss nutrition and lifestyle adjustments, but also take a look at the mental blocks, those limiting beliefs, the “stories” we tell ourselves that prevent us from achieving our health goals. I am so excited to be offer you this amazing holistic wellness retreat that will not only offer a wide range of healthy living tips, but has a strong focus on the mental load we carry as women around the subject and health and nutrition 

Follow Up Group Coaching Program November – January 2019

The benefits of this retreat won’t end on the last day of the retreat. To ensure you maintain the knowledge and habits discussed during the retreat, you will have access to a monthly group call, to discuss your current health habits, talk openly about your progress and ask any questions you may have about your health in the following months. Access to the private coaching group will be discussed at the end of the weekend retreat.

Location

The beautiful Seerose Resort and Spa will be hosting us for this retreat. Nestled in the stunning scenery of the Seetal region, 60 minutes from Zurich, the Seerose sits in a picture-book landscape complete with castles, romantic villages, gentle countryside and shady forests, on the shores of Lake Hallwil.

The Seerose Resort and Spa is well known for it’s amazing Thai Cocon Spa, award winning restaurants and amazing location on Lake Hallwil.  Relaxation begins as soon as you arrive at the serene surroundings, with fresh air, soothing sounds of birds and nature and friendly staff all around.

Space is limited to 15 participants so you can get the time and attention you deserve during this unique retreat. Bring a friend, book a room or come alone and enjoy you time.

Meet your hosts

Angela Warm

Angela is a Certified Health Coach, wife, mother of two, environmental and social activist, and avid non toxic lifestyle advocate.  Before moving to Switzerland in 2011, she worked in the renewable energy sector overseeing environmental permitting for large scale renewable energy projects. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resource Management and a Holistic Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Angela’s desire is to help people reach their ideal health goals with ease and sustain them long term.

Alison Kuhn

Alison is a mental health and wellbeing consultant, coach and trainer based in Zurich, Brighton and London. Alison is a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society and uses evidence-based techniques that help individuals and organisations to transform, stay well and thrive.
 
Alison has over 10 years of educational mental health experience, and is currently qualifying as an mBIT coach and studying Nero Linguistic Programming (NLP), helping clients integrate body and mind. 
As the founder and director of Triple C Change, Alison brings these experiences and skills together to deliver excellence in people and organisations, through change management, bespoke trainings, workshops, and coaching.

Sarah Andrews

Sarah is a transformational wellbeing coach, working with individuals and organisations to help them find possibility when they are ready for change.

She believes that coaching is a creative partnership that compassionately supports people to design how they want to be in the world, fulfilling their true potential with courage.

 Sarah is a trained coach, an NLP Master Practitioner, a certified mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques) coach and a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) and ANLP (Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming).

With over 25 years’ project and change management experience in a variety of sectors and corporate organisations, Sarah has a wealth of experience in how to affect both personal and professional change.

It was a true joy being a part of Angela’s program. I appreciate all the support, ideas, and time, Angela put into our sessions. I learned so much. Angela was able to help me work toward certain health goals by introducing me to relevant tools and asking powerful questions. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been investing more time, energy and resources in a way in which I care about my nutrition and health.  I have also noticed that I now recognize the importance of a healthy and balanced life. The Language we use - helpful vs harmful

Words and language have a powerful effect on our emotional state whether spoken by other people or the voice inside our heads. Find out more about how the words you use affect your thoughts, your feelings, your behaviour and yes even your health.  Learn simple ways to change the language you use so it is more useful and helpful to you.

Rewriting our internal Stories

We run a constant dialogue and storytelling in our heads and sometimes this is helpful and other times it is really unhelpful. The stories you tell yourself can either propel you forward or hold you back. Most of the time these stories are not real.  However because we believe them and focus on them they become our reality. In this workshop find out more about your stories and learn how to change them and switch them off whenever you want.

In this workshop you will learn simple practices for Stress Relief, Improved Health, and Inner Peace.
