Our subscription includes seasonal recipes that are both delicious and nutritious. At the start of each new season we will email you a new 5 day meal plan each week for four weeks (breakfast, lunch, dinner and a healthy snack). Then after that you just reuse the same recipes you loved for the following 2 months (I’ll also be sending you some new ones). No more stressing about what to make. No special equipment or fancy cooking degree necessary. You’ll be amazed at what a good plan can do for you. Stop stressing about meals and start enjoying them.

    Our meal plans are mostly plant based with a sprinkle of healthy meat options as well. In addition, being an expat living in Europe I am aware that the US and Europe have some cultural differences when it comes to meals.  Europeans tend to eat their larger, warm meal for lunch with bread and cheese / meat being their dinner option.  Whereas the US tends to eat their larger warm meal for dinner and their salads and sandwiches for lunch. Don’t worry I have taken this into considerations. As well as metric vs. US equivalent (wish US would just get with the program). At checkout you will be given the option of  U.S. vs. Metric.
